Morphofunctional changes in the small intestine in acute adhesive small bowel obstruction

Aim : To study the features of morpho-functional changes in small intestine mucosa acute adhesive bowel obstruction. Material and methods . The results a comprehensive morphological functional intestine’s mucous membrane 20 patients out 50 with intestinal obstruction were analyzed. Patients underwent resection biopsy from membrane, followed by pathomorphological biochemical examination specimens. Results show that more pronounced observed widespread (multiple) adhesions compared limited (single) adhesions.
